HISTORY OF ITSY BITSY HOSTAS
Susan Payne has been an avid gardener for over 40 years. She became fascinated with mini hostas when trying to identify the variety of the one mini hosta in her garden. During this pursuit she discovered that there are hundreds of varieties, and she fell in love with them! Over time she has amassed a collection of over 100 varieties and continues to seek out new additions for her garden.
Susan is a mini hosta collector and started Itsy Bitsy Hosta to help keep these fabulous little plants around for generations to come. She offers tours of her collection to give people opportunities to see all these varieties in person. She also sells or trades divisions from time to time to increase their population and availability around the Southern Ontario region.
